COMPETITION

CV Joint driven to failure. Notice the deep grooves worn into the CV Joint.

These parts were repaired by a "Rebuilder by welding and grinding the old parts. This does not work and should be avoided. This type of work does not last.

This is another example of a repair done "professionally"that lasted only 2 months.

The "Clicking or Popping" noise comes from the worn spots in the cage. CVO Inc. replaces the worn out cages with new OE quality Cages. CVO Inc. does not weld, grind or re-use ANY CAGES.

This customer had his Sterling fixed three months before by a Driveline Shop. There were no new parts used in the repair. Cost to the rebuilder less than $10.00 Cost to the customer $150.00 (installed) the first time plus $130.00 (axle only) the second time for a total of $280.00. Had this customer looked into the quality of work done to the axle he wouldn't have wasted $150.00 plus the loss of use of his car.
